Simone Biles

Simone Biles was an American gymnast born on the 14th of March 1997 in Columbus, Ohio. She is considered to be one of the most outstanding gymnasts. Being a U.S. female gymnast, Biles was the only one to win four gold medals at the same Games at the 2016 Olympics. Biles was also the first to hold three consecutive world championships. Biles was raised within Spring Texas, in the Houston metropolitan area. Her sister Adria had been adopted by Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone was first able to show an interest in gymnastics as an infant during a school field trip to Bannon Gymnastix. Aimee Borman was her coach for the next eleven years. Biles was a winner in the vault and floor exercises at the 2009 Women's Junior Olympic National Championships before moving up to the elite competition level in the year 2011. Within two years, she won the event. The thing that set Biles apart was her consistency her exuberant personality as well as the level of difficulty she incorporated into her workout routines for every event - vault, uneven bars balance beam and floor exercises.
